We work at the intersection of property ownership and brand expansion, ensuring both sides of every deal walk away with the best outcome.
Our team brings together deep local market knowledge, an active network of national retail and banking brands, and a hands-on, advisory-led approach. We are not a listings portal — every deal is handled personally, from the first site visit to the final lease registration.

Our founder’s journey
A Pharmacy graduate, Ms. Brindha Ganesan began her real estate career at IndiaProperty.com in 2013, gaining experience in the property market and understanding customer needs.
In 2020, she left her job to explore a new direction. During the COVID period, she discovered an opportunity to connect property owners with businesses looking for suitable commercial spaces. That journey led her to establish Bricks & Spaces.
Since then, her work has spanned retail showrooms, shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, offices, warehouses and built-to-suit properties. Her focus is on understanding each business, finding the right location and building lasting relationships with owners and brands.
